Placing your order from stock

Choose the item you want to buy and click on the add to cart button. This will take you to your"shopping cart, don't worry if you make a mistake or change your mind because you can also remove the items here. When you have finished selecting you items and are ready to pay, click the checkout button and fill in your details. As soon as I receive payment I will send you a confirmation email.

Ordering a custom made bag

Once you have an idea of what you want complete an order enquiry and I will contact you as soon as possible about your design. Make sure you include as much information as possible. Please include a contact telephone number where possible so I can call you to discuss and confirm your design.

Payment

I accept credit card payments by paypal. If you have not used paypal before, it is simple to set up and use, just follow the on screen instructions. I also accept cheques and postal orders, but will wait for cheques to clear before sending your items.

Delivery

Items will be sent out using Recorded First class Royal Mail. International orders will be sent out using Airmail. If you are ordering an item that is in stock please allow 3 - 5 days for delivery. If you have ordered a custom made item please allow up to 28 days for production and delivery.

Postage costs

Postage is £2.50 for a bag to a UK destination, postage may increase slightly if more that one item is purchased

Please email me if you require a delivery outside the UK.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order please contact me within 14 days of receipt. I will either refund you or exchange for another item. I will not refund items that are worn or damaged due to improper handling. Delivery costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Reviving and recycling

If you want to send an item to be recycled into a custom made bag, or just want to donate old clothes please make sure you are certain you do not want it any more! Items sent can not be returned, except in the form of a new handmade bag! Can you also make sure the item is clean. If you want your item to be used in your own bag tick the box in the order enquiry form, and I will send you details for delivery. If you are wanting to donate any items please email me and I will then send you details of how to donate.
If you are sending an image you may do this by post or via email. Original images can be copied to be used and returned with your bag, but please make sure you make this clear!

As all items are one of a kind, occasionally there may be two orders placed on the same item. If this happens I will contact the last person to order the item and arrange a refund or alternative item.
